Creative Retail & Community Space
An up-and-coming creative retail destination is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to help lead our growing team and create an inspiring experience for our customers.
This is not your average retail position. We are building a welcoming, community-centered environment focused on creativity, connection, workshops, and exceptional customer service. The candidate should have experience in Arts and Crafts, either Personally or Professionally, specially in Paper Crafting. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves people, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys being part of a business that is actively growing and evolving.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day retail store operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate store team members
- Create an exceptional customer experience
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and overall store presentation
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team communication
- Help drive sales goals and operational efficiency
- Coordinate and support in-store events, classes, and creative experiences
- Assist with inventory management and receiving product
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Contribute ideas and energy to help grow the business
Qualifications:
- Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable adapting in a growing business environment
- Knowledge of paper crafting, card making, scrapbooking, journaling, or other creative hobbies is highly preferred
- Passion for creativity, crafting, DIY, boutique retail, or community experiences is a plus
- Experience with social media, merchandising, or event coordination is helpful

Pay: $40,000.00 - $49,920.00 per year
