Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and creative nail art, while providing a welcoming and relaxing experience for every client. We urgently need technicians that can provide acrylic and builder gel services.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color options based on client preferences and skin tones.
- Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, head spa, or facial waxing to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies while adhering to all hygiene protocols.
- Engage with clients professionally through excellent communication skills, ensuring their needs are understood and met with enthusiasm.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, color theory, and beauty industry innovations to offer fresh ideas and techniques.
Experience
- Possession of a Nail Technician or Master Cosmetologist license.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling services, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to build lasting client relationships.
