ALURA is a growing women’s activewear brand focused on creating flattering, high-quality clothing that helps women feel strong and confident. We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of our Florida warehouse and ensure orders, inventory, incoming shipments and returns are handled accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the warehouse while also actively packing orders, receiving inventory, inspecting products and maintaining the space each day.
Overview
The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. They should take pride in maintaining an efficient, accurate and exceptionally clean warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound inventory shipments and verify quantities.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and bin locations.
- Pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily pickups with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process and inspect return customer shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Restock picking bins from overstock inventory.
- Monitor shipping supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
- Assist temporary staff during major sales events or large inventory deliveries.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or warehouse management software is an asset.
- Forklift certification is a bonus but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
