Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies

Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data

Collaborate with all departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Assist with monthend and year end closing process

Support internal and external audit preparation by preparing and providing required documents and reports

Assist accounting staff, sharing knowledge and guidance without formal supervisory responsibilities

Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but will consider 5+ years of experience in accounting field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, advanced Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail with follow up and follow through

Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting and cost analysis
