We also offer a Shift Differential Pay for 3/11 and 11/7 of $2.00 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, and tube feedings.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in triage and provide support in critical care situations when required.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
- Experience with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Skills in catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion
- Basic life support certification
- Familiarity with Epic and Cerner systems
- Experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living environments
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities
