Core Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced esthetic treatments including microneedling, dermaplaning, SaltFacial, and similar modalities
- Operate non-ablative laser devices for pigmentation, resurfacing, and overall skin rejuvenation
- Assist the physician and other providers during medical procedures (e.g., injectables, PRP, and weight loss consultations)
- Provide facial services and limited therapeutic massage as appropriate
- Accurately document treatments and maintain records using our EMR platform
- Educate patients on skincare products, post-treatment care, and ongoing skin health
- Support front desk operations as needed—including scheduling, patient inquiries, and lead conversion
You Are:
- A licensed esthetician in the state of Hawaii
- Experienced or highly motivated to grow in medical aesthetics
- Comfortable with technology, EMR systems, medical procedures, and thorough documentation
- Professional, punctual, and committed to patient-centered care
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- A clear and confident communicator—capable of explaining complex treatments in an approachable way
- A team player who is willing to go above and beyond to support the practice
- Passionate about continuous learning and applying new knowledge to patient care and product recommendations
- Able to handle patient information securely
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with laser devices or microneedling
- Prior work experience in a med spa or dermatology office
- Familiarity with Aesthetic Record, Boulevard or similar EMR systems
