As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Superintendent to join our Concrete Restoration Division. This position plays a critical leadership role in managing field operations, leading crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Overview
The Concrete Restoration Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial concrete restoration and repair projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising field crews, coordinating project schedules, managing equipment and materials, and maintaining safe, productive jobsites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site execution of concrete restoration projects, ensuring work is completed according to specifications, schedules, and budget requirements.
- Manage multiple active job sites and coordinate daily field operations.
- Supervise and support foremen, laborers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Review project plans, scopes of work, specifications, and site conditions prior to mobilization.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project productivity and deadlines.
- Monitor workmanship, production rates, schedule adherence, and project quality.
- Train and mentor field employees to improve performance, safety awareness, and technical skills.
- Promote and enforce OSHA regulations and PCM safety policies on all jobsites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address unsafe conditions immediately.
- Coordinate equipment scheduling, maintenance, repairs, and rentals.
- Maintain communication with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, and company leadership regarding project status and operational challenges.
- Resolve field issues, delays, and operational obstacles while keeping projects on track.
- Ensure proper documentation of daily field activities and project progress.
- Support PCM snow operations by coordinating crews and equipment during winter weather events.
