Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their own homes. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals across various age groups and health conditions. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance with daily activities and medical management.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide medication reminders and monitor health status as directed by healthcare plans
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Document care provided and report any changes in condition promptly
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various client needs
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation assistance if required by the client’s location
- Certification in CPR or first aid is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, patient-focused, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
Pay: $13.50 - $17.50 per hour
