About the Role
As a Senior Residential HVAC Installation Specialist, you will serve as the technical lead for complex climate control projects, ensuring every system upgrade meets the highest standards of efficiency and comfort. Responsibilities-
Execute high-quality residential HVAC system replacements and upgrades to optimize home energy performance.

Perform precise pipe fitting, including copper and PVC, alongside expert high and low voltage electrical wiring.

Foster team growth by providing hands-on mentorship and technical training to installation assistants.

Maintain rigorous safety standards while navigating challenging environments such as attics, crawlspaces, and extreme weather conditions.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
