As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering exceptional customer service. The salary range is $59,000.00 -$65,000.00.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with administering health and welfare plans, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Performs customer service function by answering employee questions and requests
- Maintains employee files both physical files and within HRIS system
- Assists with the new hire process (new hire correspondence, coordinates with various company departments, requests background checks and drug screening, reviews new hire paperwork and creates employee files)
- Review resumes, conducts initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers, post and track open positions
- Assists with various department activities and programs
- Updates Org Charts
- Order Supplies
- Completes Form I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and updates files in Equifax
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- Associate’s degree in human resources or related field preferred. Will accept a combination of Education and work experience
- Entry level position
- Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working with SuccessFactors and / or Dayforce is desirable, but not required
