Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent

Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.

Able to operates cleaning equipment such as: iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.

Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
- Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire.
Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities
- Clean public/common areas and resident’s apartments.
- Distribute laundered articles and linens.

Change beds.

Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.

Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.

Dust furniture and equipment.

Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.

Wash, dry and iron resident laundry and community linens.
- Fold and/or hang laundry appropriately.

Distribute laundered articles and linens.

Maintain and clean resident laundry areas .

Wash windows at reasonable heights through out the community as requested.

Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition.

Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies.

Stock cleaning cart with supplies.

Empty wastebaskets, and transport trash to disposal area.

Ensure with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean.

Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
- Report potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor.

May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Salary Range: The wage range for this position is $22.00/hr - $26.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
