The Opportunity
WestFax is seeking an experienced and driven Chief Revenue Officer to join our executive team on-site at our Dana Point, CA office. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven revenue executive who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. You will own the full revenue function — sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success — and play a central role in shaping WestFax's commercial strategy and long-term growth trajectory.
What You'll Own
- Full P&L responsibility for all revenue-generating functions, including direct sales, channel partnerships, marketing, and customer success
- Development and execution of a scalable go-to-market strategy aligned with WestFax's product roadmap and market opportunities
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performance revenue organization from our Dana Point, CA office
- Identifying and pursuing new market segments, verticals, and strategic partnerships to diversify and accelerate revenue streams
- Driving pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and consistent quota attainment across the sales organization
- Partnering closely with the CEO, CFO, and Product leadership to align revenue strategy with company goals
- Representing WestFax at industry events, with key clients, and with strategic partners
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive sales and revenue leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years at the VP or C-suite level
- Proven track record of scaling revenue in a B2B SaaS, cloud, or technology services business
- Experience selling into regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance) is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead distributed sales teams while maintaining a strong office-centric culture
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Data-driven mindset with strong command of CRM tools, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasting
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Dana Point, CA office — this is not a remote position
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $220,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based bonus tied to revenue targets
