Job Description
We have a growing portfolio of multifamily properties and are looking to hire a renovation technician to assist with our projects across units and properties that we buy.
You will be working alongside our other technicians in our in-house crew to complete projects ranging from light to more comprehensive rehabs.
Skills Required
We are looking for a technician that has proficiency in the following skills:
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet and Appliance installation
- Interior painting
- Drywall repair and texturing
- General handyman knowledge
- Electrical and plumbing proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
These are some responsibilities you'll see frequently while working:
- Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and trim installation
- Install flooring, cabinets, countertops, doors, hardware, and appliances
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical work, including installing fixtures, outlets, switches, faucets, toilets, and lighting
- Communicate project progress with management and consistently complete renovations on schedule
Schedule
You will be placed on projects and jobs as they come up. Generally we expect your availability:
- Monday - Friday
- Occasional Saturdays or beyond normal working hours
Pay
- $18 - $25 (Depending on experience and quality)
- Opportunities for bonuses (completion of projects, overtime)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
