Dancing Bean Coffee House is looking for a friendly, energetic Full-Time Barista to join our team in Maryville! If you love coffee, people, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Availability between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including weekends
- Status: Full-Time
- Pay: $10.00 per hour + tips
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages
- Provide warm, welcoming customer service
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with light prep and restocking
- Work efficiently during busy morning and weekend shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!)
- Weekend availability required
