Job Summary
We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in a food manufacturing environment. This position is a mix of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and is best suited for someone who can work independently and solve problems without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to reduce downtime
- Diagnose electrical issues, machine controls, and safety circuits
- Perform maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance and document work in the CMMS system
- Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of PLCs and industrial controls
- Mechanical experience with pumps, rebuilds, and production equipment
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues and work independently
- Strong attitude and team-first mentality
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
