What you'll do
- Own the full day-to-day operation of the location — floor, bar, kitchen, and team
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop hourly staff across FOH and BOH
- Drive revenue through upsell culture, event programming, and guest experience standards
- Manage P&L including labor cost, food & beverage cost, and controllable expenses
- Ensure compliance with TABC regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain inventory controls, vendor relationships, and weekly ordering
- Resolve guest escalations quickly and professionally
- Partner with ownership/leadership on reporting, goals, and location performance
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of bar and restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of bar operations, spirits, draft systems, and cocktail programs
- Experience managing teams of 15+ in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- TABC certification required (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Proven ability to read a P&L and take action on the numbers
- A people-first leadership style with high accountability
- Reliable, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Manager Food Handler's certification is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
