The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring exceptional patient service, team performance, and financial growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing a fee-for-service dental office, understands implant dentistry workflows, is highly proficient in Dentrix, and has a proven history of increasing production, collections, and patient satisfaction.
This individual will work closely with the CEO and doctor to execute strategic initiatives while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of dental practice management experience
- Minimum 3 years managing a fee-for-service private practice
- Strong background in implant dentistry and complex restorative treatment coordination
- Expert-level proficiency with Dentrix Practice Management Software
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Excellent knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financial arrangements
- Demonstrated success increasing production and collections
- Strong understanding of dental KPIs and practice analytics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Multi-location dental practice experience
- Cosmetic dentistry practice experience
- Experience with CBCT technology and digital workflows
- Experience implementing SOPs and operational systems
