About the AT&T Sales Assistant Role
As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you'll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T's products and services, answer questions, recommend personalized solutions, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. You'll gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, and communication while working alongside an energetic team dedicated to helping you succeed.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Assistant
- Represent AT&T products and services professionally and confidently
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Learn customers' needs and recommend the best AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions
- Educate customers on current promotions, products, and service options
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process while ensuring accuracy
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and development
- Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and supportive work environment
