Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 + salary dependent on billable hours per week

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on supervision to RBTs and direct care staff
- Oversee ABA programs for children with autism
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Complete clinical documentation and reports
- Maintain high-quality, ethical ABA practices
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing quality, client-centered ABA services
- NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation
