lives across Southern California. We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to
engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value remodeling projects.
The best part is, our experienced call center will qualify and set leads for you, which
means, we provide you with qualified appointments.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners in the comfort of their home to showcase MODE
- Renovation products and services.
- Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Perform shower/ bathroom inspections and assess conditions to support recommendations and provide on-the-spot estimates
- Track daily activity and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
- Work independently, based on your availability
- On-going training as necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to obtain a HIS License
- Must travel to meet with homeowner onsite
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
- Must be available some nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs
