The Bennett Family of Companies is seeking a full-time Bi-Lingual(French and English) Financial Solutions Analyst I at our Corporate office located in McDonough, GA.
Overview:
Responsible for the accurate input of key carrier invoice data to assure audit can occur and carrier be paid promptly. Report any 'new' or 'unusual' information on invoices/paperwork to supervisor. Provide reporting as required by supervisor.
Duties:

Assure timely entry of carrier invoices into database, volume is critical along with accuracy.

Identify areas of improvement within the department.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be open to change.
Requirements:

Must be fluent in French and English

Office environment skill set, preferred

Customer service core value, mandatory

Data entry experience, mandatory

Knowledge of trucking industry, preferred

Knowledge of carrier settlements, preferred
-
Driver settlements experience preferred but not required.

Experience using AS400 is a huge plus
