Call Center Representative
Salary: $45,000-47,000
Location: Reston, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
A large client of ours, a large bank, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization. This position goes into the Reston, VA office on a hybrid schedule. Compensation is between $45,000-$47,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Dial outbound calls to clients regarding their outstanding loan payments
- Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondences
- Client management
Requirements
- 1+ years of call center experience required
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
