JOB TITLE : Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (React / Angular)
LOCATION : Pennsylvania (PA) — Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite at client office

PAY : $100,000 - $110,000 annually
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong front-end expertise in React and working knowledge of Angular to join our team on a hybrid basis in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can work across the stack, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
This role requires the candidate to work onsite at the client office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET / .NET Core and C# on the back end
- Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React; support and maintain existing Angular applications as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver features end-to-end
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Work onsite at the client office 3 days per week for collaboration and team alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core / C#
- Solid experience building UIs with React
- Working experience with Angular (prior project experience required)
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration
- Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Strong understanding of software design principles, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working on projects for banking, financial services, or fintech clients- Familiarity with banking domain concepts such as core banking systems, payments, lending, or trade platforms-
- Experience working within regulated environments, with an understanding of compliance, audit, and data security requirements common in financial institutions- Exposure to enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications typical of banking environments (high availability, security, and performance standards)
Additional Notes:
- This is a W2 direct-hire position only. Corp-to-Corp (C2C) vendors will not be considered.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Must be local to PA or willing to work onsite 3 days/week without relocation assistance
