Pay: $17.00/Hour with Monthly Bonus from $50-$100 weekly paid out Monthly
Hours: 5:00am 3:30pm; Monday through Thursday with OT on Fri as needed

Job Overview of Door Assembler:
This position performs repetitive assembly operations to mass produce millwork products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling doors with precision, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a solid understanding of materials handling and fabrication techniques.
Job Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assembler:
- Assemble door components accurately according to specifications and blueprints.
- Used standard hand tools and hand dexterity to assemble small units, placing parts in specified relationship to each other, repetitive assembly operations.
- Fastens parts such as bolts, clips, screws, cements together, and cut products to specific measurements as needed.
- Removes defective products and tends machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line.
- Assist in fabrication and machining tasks related to door components as needed.
- Works in environment where tasks change as varying models of products are produced.
- Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Work in team environment, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Entry level Millwork Assembler position:
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical concepts is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
- Be able to lift and move up to 100lbs.
- Able to do simple math and reading for comprehending instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to door assembly processes
- Must be able to pass a standard drug test check.
- Required to wear PPE such as ear plugs or eye protection.
- High School or GED
