Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused Invisalign Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their clear aligner journey from consultation to case acceptance and beyond. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, dental knowledge, and a passion for helping patients achieve confident smiles through Invisalign treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Invisalign consultations, including patient education on treatment options, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Present treatment plans, fees, and financing options in a clear and supportive manner
- Convert consultations into accepted cases through effective communication and relationship-building
- Coordinate digital scans, records, and case submissions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Invisalign patients throughout their treatment
- Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with aligner protocols
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless case execution
- Follow up with prospective patients to encourage case acceptance
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment tracking systems
- Stay up to date on Invisalign products, technology, and best practices
Qualifications:
- 1-3 Experience working in a dental office setting
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance billing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, One Drives and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
