What You'll Own - Profitability

Primary accountability for restaurant P&L and financial outcomes

Drive sales through guest service, team development, and operational management
What You'll Own - Guest Experience

Lead your team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service

Resolve guest issues promptly and execute local marketing initiatives

Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 20–45 employees

Coach Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members to grow and perform

Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to optimize performance

Uphold brand standards, food safety, and full regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age
-
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
-
1–2 years of restaurant management experience

Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers

Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

Commitment to guest service excellence

Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
