American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring a TN or compact RN license, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with night shift availability and biweekly orientation cycles.

Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department (ER)

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-
Patient ratio of 1:4–5
-
Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month required

Floating is required

EMR: Cerner FirstNet; medication documentation via Omnicell

13-week contract with biweekly orientation start cycles

Active RN license — must be a Tennessee (TN) license or a Compact RN license

Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS, and NIHSS

Preferred certifications: TNCC and CPI

RTO will not be accommodated during holidays or holiday weeks, including: Valentine's Day, Local Spring Break, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Local Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day — holiday RTO requests may be discussed directly with the manager after arriving onsite
