Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts within East TN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and represent Krebs Kubota as we expand our footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technical sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to territory management. As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering outstanding customer service across your territory.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, focusing on Municipal, Governmental, and Contractor customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively.
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms to close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, training sessions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory analytics using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management within the Municipal , Contractor equipment industry.
- Currently possess or ability to possess CDL
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
- Technical sales experience involving Munnicipal equipment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and explain complex technical information clearly.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analysis skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to work independently in outside sales roles while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
