Position: Bartender Manager

Position Summary
StrikeOut Wingz is looking for an energetic, experienced Bartender Manager who knows how to create an exciting bar atmosphere while increasing beverage sales and delivering outstanding guest experiences. We're looking for someone who is creative, fast-paced, dependable, and passionate about building a profitable bar program.
The ideal candidate can create signature cocktails, engage guests, train bartenders, control inventory, reduce waste, and grow bar revenue through promotions, exceptional service, and a fun, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily bar operations.
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule bartenders.
- Create exciting signature cocktails and seasonal drink specials.
- Increase beverage sales through promotions, upselling, and guest engagement.
- Ensure drinks are made consistently and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate liquor, beer, and wine inventory.
- Order all bar products and maintain proper stock levels.
- Monitor liquor costs, shortages, over-pouring, and waste.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar areas.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws, health codes, and company policies.
- Verify IDs and promote responsible alcohol service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Work with management to plan events, happy hours, and promotions that drive sales.
- Monitor bar performance, labor costs, and profitability.
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bar management experience.
- Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
- Proven ability to increase bar sales and guest satisfaction.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible alcohol certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
