Job Summary
The Car Network is an established, family-owned & operated independent dealership with 14 years in business in Garland, TX. We are seeking an experienced, Automotive Sales Associate — a complete salesperson who thrives with high autonomy, excels at guiding buyers through tailored financing scenarios, and takes full ownership of every deal from initial lead to final delivery and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Deal Ownership: Manage customer relationships directly from initial contact through vehicle selection, test drives, and final delivery.
- Tailored Deal Structuring & Documentation: Structure payment plans that fit unique budget scenarios and efficiently collect required stipulations (paystubs, proof of residence, bank statements) to secure approvals.
- Proactive Pipeline & CRM Management: Work provided CRM leads daily while generating self-sourced business through social media, networking, and direct follow-ups.
- System-Driven Sales Tracking: Diligently log customer interactions, schedule appointments, track stip collection, and manage pipeline progress in our systems to stay organized, manage your workflow, and hit your performance targets
- Relationship & Retention: Build long-term customer trust through consistent follow-up to generate repeat buyers and referrals.
Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in English (required); conversational or fluent Spanish skills are highly desirable to serve our customer base but not required.
- Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales with hands-on experience in Special Finance, Subprime, or BHPH environments. Must understand how to navigate non-traditional credit scenarios, handle stipulations, and overcome customer objections to close deals.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy and proficient with modern CRM tools, mobile apps, and dealership management software for seamless lead tracking, deal structuring, and document management.
- Personal Traits & Mindset: High-integrity, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with high autonomy. Must bring a strong work ethic, professional presence, and a deal-closer mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain high energy while spending time outdoors on the lot conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives in extreme Texas weather conditions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
