Responsibilities

- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards, to maintain accreditation and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
- Supervise medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and address any areas requiring enhancement.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external regulatory agencies, ensuring transparent communication and adherence to all legal requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous education by supporting professional development opportunities for medical staff.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with active medical licensure.
- Proven experience in medical management within a healthcare setting; previous leadership roles strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with JCAHO accreditation standards and processes.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex medical information clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $54,640.93 - $65,804.13 per year
