Hasco Stores is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor / Lead for our Montclair location. This position is ideal for someone who has retail leadership experience, can manage a team, stay organized, and help keep the store and warehouse areas running smoothly.
The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday, with weekend availability required. This position will help lead daily store operations, support the sales floor, assist with receiving and staging merchandise, and operate a forklift when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support store associates during scheduled shifts
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Make sure employees are staying productive and following store procedures
- Help with customer service, register support, and issue resolution
- Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving merchandise
- Operate a forklift safely when needed
- Help keep warehouse/backroom areas organized
- Communicate with management regarding store needs, employee issues, and inventory flow
Requirements:
- Retail supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Must be available Wednesday through Sunday
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to lead by example
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/warehouse environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
