Duties
- Retail customer service, deliveries, and Installing vehicle batteries
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support warehouse and deliveries when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Maintain sales floor effectively and manage inventory
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to lift between 30-60 pounds
