Education and/or Experience:
1. One year certificate from college or technical school.
2. Prefer one year experience as an LPN.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to
speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of HUHHC.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished
in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
2. Current Indiana LPN license
3. Prefer a minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in the home setting.
4. Must provide dependable automobile, proof of current insurance coverage, able to
drive in inclement weather and have a valid Indiana drivers license
