HVAC Service Technician (Residential) & All Positions available
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour + Commission Opportunities

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, inspect, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Technicians primarily respond to service calls but will also perform preventative maintenance and system installations when needed.
Our company offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, commission on sales, and annual wage increases based on skill development and performance. Starting pay is determined by experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional service to residential clients while maintaining a clean and respectful work environment.
- Install, maintain, modify, and repair heating and cooling systems.
- Inspect and test HVAC components to ensure safety and proper operation.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
- Conduct heat gain and heat loss calculations to determine proper system sizing.
- Explain services performed and educate clients on system operation.
- Identify opportunities to prevent future system breakdowns.
- Build rapport with customers and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow company pricing guidelines and service procedures.
- Promote maintenance memberships and maintain strong client retention.
- Ensure all repairs and installations are functioning properly before leaving the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck and job site.
- Follow company safety policies, code of ethics, and team standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and company development programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
- 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Familiarity with power tools and safe operation procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass random drug testing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and carry equipment as needed.
- Frequent ladder climbing and rooftop work.
- Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts and more than 40 hours per week when required.
Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor work environments.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Work around equipment, tools, and potentially hazardous conditions.
- Possible exposure to loud noise and bright or low lighting.
- Must be able to work on roofs, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
