Fulfill customer orders by:
- Pulling, scanning, packaging and shipping products to satisfy the orders received.
- Ensuring all orders are pulled by UPC number.
- The orders are scanned, in OZ Link an invoice and shipping label will be created, only one order at a time.
- Packing products so as to ensure the safe and orderly arrival of a customer’s order.
- Ensuring accurate inventory adjustments form for logging incoming product is accurate and every product gets logged in.
- Restocking shelves daily providing help to coworkers when restocking providing input on the hot list.
- Rotate stock by using First in First Out, using best if sold by date if more than one batch is on shelf.
- Ensuring every product, brochures and other materials are in assigned areas.
- Providing input on softgel inventory. (Example Low items).
- Preparing displays for shipment as needed or stocking for Amazon
- Restocking Boxes/ Supplies every day.
- Maintaining records of the number of packages shipped and returns
Additional responsibilities:
- Quarterly physical inventory
- Maintain the shipping area so as to comply with cGMP regulations at all times
- Restocking returns.
- Keeping back stock in order.
- Keeping shipping/office clean and orderly.
- Keeping shipping/ office clean and sanitized.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
