About the Role
The ideal candidate will take the time to understand each client’s skin and goals, create personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on treatments, products, and membership options.
This is a goal-oriented position with commission and bonus opportunities. We are not looking for someone who is pushy, we want someone who can build trust and confidently recommend what is right for each client.
Being a team player is very important to us. When not booked with clients, this person will be expected to assist with front-desk and general spa responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform treatments within the scope of a Utah Master Esthetician license
- Provide skin consultations and personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatments, medical-grade skincare, and home care
- Introduce clients to membership options and ongoing treatment plans
- Rebook clients and build long-term client relationships
- Work toward individual service, product, membership, and retention goals
- Maintain accurate client notes and before-and-after photos
- Follow all treatment, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and prepared
- Assist with front-desk and general spa responsibilities when not booked
- Participate in continued training, team meetings, and spa events
What We’re Looking For
- Current Utah Master Esthetician license
- Strong skincare and product knowledge
- Confident and comfortable educating clients
- Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Motivated to build and retain a clientele
- Able to provide a polished, luxury client experience
- Willing to help wherever needed and work as part of a team
- Previous medical-spa experience is preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting at $19 per hour

Position Details
- Job type: Part-time
- Schedule: Approximately 2-3 days per week, Tuesday through Friday
- Evening availability is required based on business needs
- Snatched Aesthetics is closed on Mondays
- Work location: In person at our American Fork, Utah location
