Position: Direct Support Professional/DDD

Pay:
$15.50/hour first 90 days
After 90 days, with all certifications up to date and demonstrated dependability, $16/hour
*****Applicant MUST have a valid driver's license.
SHIFTS: Schedule will be based on members' needs.
Weekday Shift
Mon-Thurs
2pm-10pm
Weekday overnight shift
Mon-Thurs
10pm to 9am
Job Description:
- Companionship and conversation
- Monitor behavior and daily activities.
- Administration of medication
- Planning and preparing meals
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Goals according to Team Planning
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Accompany members on recreational activities

Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be 18 years or older mature individuals
- Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card
- Valid AZ Drivers License
- ID, Social Security Card, and/or Birth Certificate
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in a group homes is a plus but not required
Requirements:
- Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint clearance card (required)
- CPR /First Aid Certification (required)
- Article 9 (required)
- Prevention and Support (required)
- At least 1 year Caregiver experience (required)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License (required)
*Agency willing to assist with obtaining certifications for employment.
