Job Description Summary
The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the production, procurement, inventory, and quality of all branded promotional materials, apparel, printed collateral, and signage across the organization.

Role & Responsibilities
- You'll source, order, and distribute promotional products, branded apparel, printed materials, and marketing collateral across the organization.
- You'll coordinate production of business cards, brochures, banners, signage, trade show materials, and other branded assets.
- You'll partner with internal stakeholders to recommend products and materials that align with our brand standards, budget, and business goals.
- You'll serve as our primary liaison with printers, promo suppliers, apparel decorators, and signage vendors - obtaining quotes and keeping timelines on track.
- You'll review proofs for accuracy, brand consistency, and quality before anything goes to production.
- You'll maintain inventory levels for promo items, apparel, printed materials, and event supplies, proactively reordering as needed.
- You'll track production expenses, assist with budget management, and keep vendor and production records up to date.
- You'll continuously evaluate vendors, products, and production methods to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of vector versus raster artwork.
- Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone color systems, bleeds, crop marks, and file preparation.
- Previous experience in promotional products or print industry preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Experience using Asana a plus.

- Inventory Management: Maintains appropriate inventory levels of promotional items, apparel, and printed materials while balancing availability with cost-effective purchasing.
- Customer Service Mindset: Provides responsive, professional support while setting realistic expectations, educating internal customers on lead times, and encouraging advance planning.
Physical Requirements
- This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers.
- The role also requires frequent movement throughout the office and storage areas to receive, organize, inventory, and distribute promotional products, apparel, printed materials, and marketing supplies.
- Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and occasionally crouch or climb a step stool when accessing stored materials.
- The position regularly requires unpacking shipments, organizing inventory, and moving boxes of promotional items and printed materials.
- Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move heavier items with appropriate assistance or equipment.

Pay Range:
$54,272.00 - $74,752.00
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
