TITLE: Manufacturing Operator
Position/Machine: Flexible Operator
Location: Southbridge, MA

Position Type: Direct hire with benefits that start on day #1
Shifts: One opening on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) and one opening on 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) working Monday through Friday. Also, one opening on 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am) working Sunday night thru Friday morning.
Pay: Pay on 1st shift is $19 an hour plus monthly bonus. Pay on 2nd shift is $21.85 to start plus bonus. Pay on 3rd shift is $22.80 to start plus bonus.
Monthly Bonus: After 60 days of employment, you are eligible for a monthly bonus up to 10% of your salary.
Your Contributions as a Manufacturing Operator:
Performs a variety of assignments and work functions in the LFB operation (which may include some or all of the Major Duties listed)
- Under close supervision, sets up and operates various types of draw towers (clamp and belt).
- Performs Medical Draw.
- Performs Core Draw processes including prepare, draw, and assembly.
- Performs up to three (3) of the processes used to manufacture leach fiber bundle.
- Completes labor sheets, routers, log sheets, process forms and similar reports and forms.
- Performs basic maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Follows established process specifications and procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program.
- Meets utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
- Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures.
Your Qualifications as Manufacturing Operator:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
