Wednesday - Friday- Saturday 9am-2:30pm

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA (Personal Care Assistant) person to provide exceptional support and care to a 16 year old girl with care taking needs. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assisting the client with hygiene stuff, helping with getting ready, meal preparing , daily routine and activities throughout the day. Making sure to ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being in a nurturing environment. Your energetic approach will help create a positive atmosphere that she can feel valued and cared for . This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the live of someone while developing your skills in patient care and support.
Experience
- Prior experience working in the home health field is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with patients and doing observation when needed.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with neurodevelopmental or developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with patient transfer methods personal care assistance techniques is required. (MOM will help with this).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities supports your ability to provide personalized care.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is necessary; additional certifications and Inservices will be discussed in interview.
- Strong communication skills for client
