SUMMARY:
The Full-time/Part-time Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all retail customers. Receives and processes packages for shipment, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and point-of-sale devices.
The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our services and best-value options. An ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, strong computer skills. A friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and a fast learner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers in a friendly manner, determine customer needs while looking for opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through customer engagement and quality product delivery.
- Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and promote them to customers.
- Operate Copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner.
- Ability to obtain a notary license is required and a clean criminal background is a prerequisite for this.
- Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately.
- Record sales transactions completely and accurately in Point of Sale system.
- Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
- Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighing packages and generating labels. This may require retrieving packages from customer's vehicle when requested.
- Assist in merchandising the store, including - stocking shelves, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, etc.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Flexibility is expected to work various shifts - including Evenings and Saturdays.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skill/ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma
- Prior Customer service experience in a retail setting is required
- Point of Sale ("POS") and computer experience highly desirable.
