Position: Porter
Location: Lexington Reserve, our beautifully maintained 61-unit residential community nestled in Portsmouth, VA
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Keep property grounds, common areas, amenities, and buildings clean, safe, and inviting every single day

Be the eyes and ears of the community — promptly reporting any unusual circumstances or resident concerns

Represent Richman with a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Uphold safety standards and proactively communicate any issues to management

Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service that makes residents feel valued

Follow company policies and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow
What You'll Bring:

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience:
-
1–3 months of related experience preferred

Familiarity with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus

Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications:

Valid Driver's License required
