We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to work under the direction of our Sales Manager and represent Mr. Auto Glass directly in a Dealership Service Lane.
What You’ll Do
- Work on-site in a dealership service lane, engaging customers and generating sales
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes for auto glass services
- Guide customers through scheduling, claims with their insurance company.
- Coordinate with major insurance providers to ensure a smooth claims process
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support the Sales Manager with team targets and initiatives
- Represent Mr. Auto Glass with professionalism, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of sales experience (outside, B2B, or automotive-related strongly preferred)
- Experience in auto glass or automotive repair/services is a plus
- Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
- Insurance claims experience preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
