WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to and resolve maintenance and repair requests across the entire facility
- Perform preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic systems
- Operate heavy equipment: sit-down forklifts, 45' scissor lifts, boom lifts, SkyTraks
- Maintain logs, service records, and supply inventory
- Guide and coordinate other maintenance staff on projects
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years industrial facility maintenance experience
- HS diploma or GED; trade school cert preferred
- LOTO knowledge; basic computer skills
- Background in construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or pneumatics
