Line cook:
Camp Aramoni is looking for a line cook to be part of our team. This position will require you to be available on weekends. Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold high standards of food quality and consistency in all dishes prepared.
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, ensuring adherence to Camp's culinary standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing kitchen equipment and techniques to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation during service hours, effectively communicating and assisting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to sanitation guidelines and Camp's protocols.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in responding to dynamic kitchen demands, contributing creative solutions and ideas.

Job Requirements:
- Licenses and Experience: Possess a valid food handler and allergen license, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Menu Familiarity: Understand and follow menu specifications, recipes, and instructions accurately.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook ingredients according to established recipes, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Cost Management: Exercise portion control to minimize waste and adhere to cost guidelines, contributing to the achievement of forecasted targets.
- Timely Execution: Efficiently execute cooking tasks to meet prep times and ensure timely delivery of dishes, maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
- Station Management: Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation, restocking ingredients as needed and following restaurant protocols for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Sanitation Compliance: Adhere to sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the line supervisor, sous-chef, and executive chef, assisting with additional tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations.
- Physical Requirements: Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Professional Attributes: Exhibit a strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to adapt to culinary challenges.
