What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and clinical evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
- Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP therapy, infant monitors, and other advanced respiratory devices
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust ventilator settings per physician orders
- Provide ongoing patient follow-up and clinical support
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions
- Support orientation and training of new clinical staff as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Hospital respiratory therapy experience
- Home healthcare or DME experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Familiarity with ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment
Skills:
- Strong patient education and communication

Technical Requirements:
