Warehouse Picker/Packer

We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining clean and orderly storage areas.
- Package products securely, apply accurate shipping labels, and prepare orders according to company shipping standards.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product accuracy, condition, and order completeness before shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using safe material handling practices.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily warehouse operations and meet productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, packing, and order fulfillment, preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the workday.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and quality control processes.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process.
