We are expanding our service department throughout the Las Vegas Valley and are seeking experienced Service Electricians with residential and commercial troubleshooting experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, expertise, estimating, and customer interaction. Our service technicians are the face of our company and operate with pride, skill, and integrity.
Who We’re Looking For
We are only hiring trained, experienced service electricians who reside in the Las Vegas / Henderson area. Candidates must have strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, estimating experience, the ability to work independently or within a team, and exceptional communication skills. We are not seeking entry-level applicants.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years professional residential or commercial electrical experience (service experience required)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Own professional hand tools
- Must live within 20 miles of our service area
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability
- Competency with NEC and local AHJ regulations
- Experience using mobile technology for time logs, estimating, and material ordering
- Cat 6 Cabling and Termination experience
- Ability to work overtime & participate in rotating on-call scheduling
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to estimate and document scope in detail, upload job progress photos, invoice, and collect payment
- Troubleshooting experience
Responsibilities
- Provide expert electrical repair and guidance to residential and commercial customers
- Diagnose issues accurately and offer repair options with line-item pricing and alternatives
- Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, exclusions, and contract documentation
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional jobsite environments
- Identify hazards and propose code-compliant corrective solutions
- Order material appropriately and proactively communicate timeframes and needs
- Work efficiently across a wide variety of environments and project types
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and request service reviews
- Represent Sigma Companies with professionalism at all times

Schedule
- Full-Time – 8-hour shift
- Monday–Friday
- On-call rotation for evenings & weekends
