We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide quality care to pediatric patients in the 78254 area of San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse and be available to work Monday, Friday-Sunday from 7am to 7pm.
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Current LVN or RN license in the state of Texas
- Prior experience as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse preferred
- Ability to work Monday, Friday-Sunday from 7am to 7pm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
